Why Enroll?

Today's world is very complex and fast-paced and often, we are under pressure just to show up strong and are surrounded by many competing priorities and relationships.  The pressure to have higher levels of self-interest are real. Therefore, it is reasonable to assume that many people will be emotionally charged in one way or another. It takes effort and self control to manage projecting negative tendencies. It's almost inevitable that we'll encounter difficult people or show up in difficultv ways to some of the people in our lives.

The biblical books of the Kings provide insight into different leadership styles by analyzing the qualities of those who were in power. Leadership styles that involve manipulation, gaslighting, intimidation, fear, and a lack of autonomy, and systematic bullying were experienced by Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego firsthand. They faced the pressure to kowtow to toxic situations, but chose instead they remain firm in their beliefs, even if it meant risking their lives. ...and it ultimately gave them the confidence and efficacy to become strong leaders. All of them advanced and were promoted as a result of the hard life lessons they had undergone. The most important thing to take away from this is that strength and perseverance are crucial to succeed and to develop as great leaders.  We will emerge as knowledgeable, wise, and solid leaders if we can make it through the tough times and learn from them.

There is a leadership revolution on the horizon, and it is being propelled by technology. The world is changing, and people are becoming weary of autocratic leadership styles. So, the issue comes down to this: are you prepared to become a leader of the future and usher in disciple-leadership in the business world and take forward the Micah anointing into the world. To lead with humility, mercy and justice?

He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God. Micah 6:8

The Great Commission

Christ came and called 12 business leaders in various fields, and took them through a 3.5 years crash course in kingdom leadership then sent them as sheep among the wolves with power to trample over serpents and scorpions and to lead with humility while also teaching others what they had learnt.

Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” - Matthew 28:16-20

Blessed is the man whom You instruct, O LORD, And teach out of Your law, That You may give him rest from the days of adversity, Until the pit is dug for the wicked. For the LORD will not cast off His people, Nor will He forsake His inheritance. - Psalm 94:12-15

Jesus Christ - The Greatest Teacher

This man came to Jesus by night and said to him, “Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher come from God, for no one can do these signs that you do unless God is with him.” - John 3:2

“Grant me, O Lord, to know what is worth knowing, to love what is worth loving, to praise what delights You most; to value what is precious in Your sight, to hate what is offensive to You. Do not let me judge by what I see, nor pass sentence according to what I hear, but to judge rightly between things that differ and above all to search out and to do what pleases You, through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

Thomas á Kempis
